Sunday, July 16 Jet skiing in Brick - at Chris’ and Mary’s pool - Asian cuisine
Sharon went with Riley and Finn to a birthday party of a 3-year-old girl; Kevin and Conor preferred meeting Chris, Kevin’s brother, and his family in Brick; and Elisabeth and I - eager to go on the wave runners again : ) - joined them.
A windy drive to Brick...

Once arrived in Brick, we met the other O'Shaughnessy family: Chris, Mary and their kids, Chris, Meggan and Matthew. It was a really great day, although it was unbearably hot again (heat wave just started...); went on the wave runners --> lots of fun : ) Oh yeah, and Chris invited Elis and me to his girlfriend's "birthday party" on Sunday. First, they will go on the wave runners again and then they'll go to Atlantic City! And Elisabeth and I will also join them!! I'm already looking forward to Atlantic City... I'll probably take the Mustang (Kevin doesn't mind); they already have the rooms and everything else. Doesn't that sound just great?? : ) Elisabeth and I Two brothers (Kevin and Chris)

Later in the afternoon, we went to Chris' and Mary's house in Brick; Chris wanted Elis and me to see a "regular" American neighborhood, so he insisted that we go to his house. Although he doesn't have such a big house as his brother, it's also really nice -- went to their pool in the backyard and just enjoyed the afternoon. At a deli store... The picture shows just the store where they sell wine and other alcoholic beverages. Actually, I also wanted to take a picture of the other store where we got our Asian food, but unfortunately I was so overwhelmed by all the food they had there, that I completely forgot... I'm sorry... but believe me, everything looked just awesome (and it also tasted delicious...) Oh yeah, and after dinner, Kevin shaved Conor's and Riley's hair. He also wanted to shave Finn's hair, but Sharon wouldn't let him do that : ) Conor after his haircut Kevin shaving Riley's hair

I’d love to tell you much more, but I better get going now, since it is so late again and I have to get up tomorrow really early. I’d like to go to the gym with Sharon to a class that just started -- namely “Group Groove” (Sharon and I would like to try it out, but it will be a bit hectic to get there, with 3 boys…). The class starts at 8.30 -- here’s the description of “Group Groove” (for those who are interested): “Experience a fusion of club, urban and Latin dance styles with motivating chart topping hits and retro classis tunes. Supportive, funky, easy going instructors help you “Get a Move On! With Group Groove.”” Sounds great, doesn’t it? After the gym, Elis and I will meet Meggan and Chris’ girlfriend at Bradley Beach, since we'll have the day off. Okay then, hope your are doing fine and sorry that I haven’t answered so many of your emails yet. I’m always so happy to hear from you, and will answer all the mails asap. : ) Love, Michaela
